PRAISE AND WORSHIP MINISTRY

Praise and Worship Ministry

In our Apostolic house we praise God with freedom of the Spirit.

We have a group of praise and worship that worship in Spirit and in Truth using different musical instruments.

We understand that praise in our house is the way in which the Lord is manifested and recognized as great to us.

The word “praise” means: glorify, exalt, ponder, and celebrate with expressions God’s greatness and majesty. Praise and worship is how we express our acceptance of Him. It is important to praise His name, and to do so at all times, but we must practice it in the spirit. When we praise, we must forget everything that bothers us in order to give all honor to God.

The main purpose of praising God in our Apostolic house is to exalt Him, expressing it from our hearts. Praise and worship acknowledge God for who He is, and for all that He does on earth.

Praise is a service that is born of the will.

“Accept, I pray, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, And teach me Your judgments.” Psalms 119:108

Praise does not depend on our feelings.

“Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!” Psalms 103:1

“Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying: “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.” Revelation 4:9-11

We must enter with Thanksgiving

We must have a spirit that is thankful to God at all times, in the good times and the bad times. We must not cease in manifesting our thankfulness.

“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” Psalms 100: 4

“Then Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances.” Exodus 15:20

“He has put a new song in my mouth— Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the LORD.” Psalms 40: 3

In our house we manifest audible praise through worship and visible praise through prophetic dance.

Praise can be manifested in two ways: spoken or expressed through movements of the body, provided they are directed correctly as lead by the Holy Spirit. In saying this, prophetic dance is an applied representation of praise.

In the Old Testament we find some verses that speak of the importance of dance.

Dance holds great value in the spiritual realm. It is essential that the abstentions produced by religion are set aside and that the whole body is used. Dance has no value in itself, but the spiritual combat it can produce is valuable.

Generally, if the believer is deprived of performing physical actions before God, it is a sign that he could also refrain from spiritual actions before Him. If the believer immobilizes the praise in their heart, it limits the movement that God wants to manifest in their midst.

Raising our hands and applauding is something that we enjoy doing in our Apostolic house and we are convinced that we are expressing our gratitude in adoration and praise to the Lord through these corporate movements. This in turn causes something to happen in the spiritual atmosphere and the Spirit of God can manifest as He pleases.

“Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.” Psalms 63: 4

Praises to God are extremely important. We must know who we worship and praise. Many times, we lose spiritual focus and end up worshiping earthly things, forgetting who created them. Today I invite you to fall in love with the creator, God. Acknowledge his omnipresence because it is important that every believer knows that God is present everywhere at once; therefore, we can praise him at all times regardless of place or context.

The greatness of God is incomparable, that is why He is deserving of all glory and honor. God knows everything, because it was He who created everything. There are unlimited reasons to worship Him. He searches our hearts and can discern whether our praise comes from a genuine heart.

“Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.” Psalms 98:4

People applaud your success... But God applauds your process.
